What size trucks do I need on my skateboard?

I'm getting a new skateboard and will be riding on a mini-ramp. If I'm getting 53mm wheels on and a deck a little over 8in what sizes trucks do I need? In addition to width, trucks also come in low, medium, and high- Any suggestions? Also, would wider wheels help with grip? Thanks!

its up to you man....if your new just grab whatever you can get your hands on first.....a month later buy some new wheels or trucks bigger or smaller....and then after that you will start getting the feel of what you like best....ive been skateboarding pretty much everyday for the past 9 years...only swapped out my wheels three times...and they were all hand me down wheels from friends....changed the bearings counless number of times...but i ware my wheels down so small before i swap em..... .your board is an extension of you and it will grow and change down the line.....
