Urethane Skateboard Wheels

Im a beginner to skateboarding and im 12 years old, I was wondering if this is a good skateboard?

Since im just starting to skateboard i got a cheap one from walmart.. I was wondering what are the skateboard wheels made out of in that skateboard( because i know some skateboard wheels are made out of rubber and plastic and not urethane) and if tonyhawk is a good skateboarding brand?

You shouldn't buy a board from Walmart cause those are cheap ones.
Get a brand name one like DGK;Girl;Plan B , etc.

The board you want to get is no good.
The truck bushings may be no good & the wheels are cheap and made of plastic.
You should a skateboard from an offical skateboarding store or theres a Complete set that comes with the trucks&wheels at Big5.

The wheels for the skateboard in Big5 are a bit soft,so you should get some spitfire wheels & replace them with the softy ones.
