umm wow.. that's some nice gear, No obvious compatibility issues that I see but I'd recommend changing some of the parts.

Get the E8400 instead of E6850, it overclocks like a beast and runs cooler at the same time, faster at stock speeds too.

I'd recommend the Dell SP2208WFP monitor instead of that Samsung.

I'd hold off on that 9800GX2 because I hear 9900 series is coming in July and it will wipe the floor with the 9800 series because it's a completely new architecture.. 9800 is G92/G94, pretty much the same as 8800 series.
Get an EVGA card like the 8800GTS G92 and step-up in July through their 90-day program.

9800GX2 costs about $540? well, get two 9800GTXs in SLI and that'll cost you about $560 and it'll be faster than the single 9800GX2.

All else looks very good, but if you're overclocking the CPU, get a Thermalright Ultra Extreme 120, best air cooling you can get for a CPU.
