what size deck wheels and trucks will be good 4 a kinda heavy person who skateboards?

im 15 years 6'1 my weight is 180 or 200

i would say about an 8.0 size deck and get the bones 52mm 100a hardness wheels. They are kickass and never flatline. Best trucks are Thunder as they take forever to wear down and they are light. It doesnt really matter what size trucks you get just the deck and the wheels. The best kind of deck to get wood be a foundation because they are really tough and durable.
