What should I know before buying(making) a skateboard at zummiez?

I'm buying a new board, a zero board, and Im planning on customizing the whole thing. I'm gonna buy Thunder Trucks, a zero deck, zero wheels, bone barrings, and MOB grip tape. is that good? what should I know about different Wheel MM? i'll be going down small ramps, and progressing over the summer, Idon'tt do anyExtremee stuff, i just go to the skate park, and just kinda ride around, im not good, im kinda bad i guess, I cant ollie (although ill be taking lessons this summer)
is MOB good, i'll be wearing vans SK8-hi shoes.

That would be a fine board. Smaller wheels (48-53mm) are good for street skating and flip tricks. They don't go as fast as bigger wheels. Bigger wheels than that are faster and are good for transition skating (Bowls, Pool, QPs, HPs) but you can't street skate for do fliptricks as easily. I'd start with something between 52-54. You will probably need some risers to prevent wheel bite.
