okay so a while ago i went to a skateboard store, and they had these two test boards that were decks with plastic things replacing the wheels. I now have 2 spare decks and would like to put these plastic things on them.

What are they called?

Where can i get them?
They were like white plastic things so that you could tilt and do tricks but you couldn't roll... like indoor wheel covers or something...
