Can you help me with my speech?

Im needing some help with my intro and conclusion on my demo speech on how to build a skateboard.

OUTLINE GUIDE FOR SPEECHES

After listening to me today, you’ll be able to explain to your kids, siblings, or any other interested extreme athlete how to properly put together a skateboard.

I. During the first point I explain the items needed to build my skateboard from scratch.
II. After explaining the essentials, Ill share some information about the skateboard deck and how to properly put grip tape on.
III. Finally, I'll conclude showing you how to attach the trucks and wheels onto the deck and get you ready to ride.

I NEED HELP WITH MY INTO AND CONCLUSION. Those are my 3 main topics listed above.

The key to an intro is to get your audience's attention. You could use a quote from someone who is famous in the skateboarding industry, or somehow relate what you're going to talk about to your audience. An example could be, "When I was a child, I loved playing with building blocks. I could spend hours, as I imagine many of you did when you were children, building houses, planes, and forts. I'd like to help everyone reconnect with that childhood memory by teaching you how to properly build a skateboard."

One of the keys to speech-writing can be summarized as: "Tell them what you're going to tell them; tell them; then tell them what you've just told them." In short, your intro should tell your audience what your main points will be. Your conclusion should summarize what those points were, why you told them those points, and hopefully you can have some sort of "clincher" that ties in what you said in your introduction. If you were to use my above example as your intro, your conclusion could be something like, "With the instructions I've just given you, I hope everyone will take that trip down memory lane by building their own skateboard."
