do i need a new skateboard deck?

this question is for livewire_usa or anyone really but i want to see an answer from him. Okay so i've had this deck for a year i got in a "build it and rip" kit from world industries. last week i could ollie 2 feet easily but since then my ollies have been getting weaker and weaker. today at the skate park i made a punk of myself by barely being able to ollie (about 4 inches). DO I NEED A NEW DECK? thanks in advance.

World Industries are terrible boards compared to other name brand ones. A "real" board is well worth your money because you get way more out of it. For example, you get more pop in your ollie, your board is less often chipping and cracking. Plus many have weight change so flipping may become easier. Trust me, spend more money and get a real setup.
