Skateboard deck/gear/pushing mongo question?

I got back into skateboarding and I realized as a kid i pushed mongo... I think its worth it and I'm trying to learn regular. As of now I push with my left foot and go into regular. Should I be trying to learn regular or goofy?

Also, I need a new skateboard since the one I'm on right now is six years old. It's a blind deck with destructo trucks, powell wheels and bones reds bearings.
I'm leaning toward either an enjoi deck or an alien workshop. But I'm also thinking about a zero.
And for trucks I'm thinking independent... for wheels I have no idea.
Any suggestions?

Ok, I'm 33 and have been skating since i was 11. Trust me, kids will give you hell about pushing mongo, so get away from that. If you skate regular, then just try to learn to push with you right foot with your left foot on the nose. But, I still push mongo when I'm skating switch stance, but really, who care's as long as you're having fun doing it. As for your new setup, if you want a stable ride, go with something around 8 inches, maybe a Creature, definitely go with Independent Trucks, Powell Super Swiss bearings(you can take them completly apart and clean them),I've had mine for 3 years and they're still like new, and Autobahn wheels are really good and they don't flat spot. I've rolling on mine for almost a year and i do bluntslides and everything and i dont have a flat spot yet.
