what are the pros and cons of small wheels and big wheels for skateboards ?

ok so I'm about to buy a board, and i saw two types of wheels i liked, one of them was 60mm and the other was 52mm. Which wheel is better for skating and tricks and which one is better for cruising?

The bigger the wheel, the better it is for crusing. Smaller wheels are better for tricks. Also softer wheels are better for cruising and harder wheels are better for tricks.
