Guitar Hero vs. Skateboarding?

I'm a skater and I hate it when people fall in love with Guitar hero and say they're so awesome because they can play a plastic stick. Has anyone ever loved guitar hero over skating and said that skating is just riding a piece of wood with wheels? Well Guitar Hero is mainly the same thing....except it's unhealthy to sit on your ass and play a plastic stick with buttons on it....

What are your opinions to this?

ummm, I guess my opinion is to each their own, I like to skateboard...obviously, and I like guitar hero also and since its winter out here now all I really have to do is guitar hero, to cold to snowboard it's gonna be -10 for a high this weekend. arg. I'm not a huge gamer but when I have some time I do play around a bit i'd rather be outside doing something. I'll be damned if all my kids do is sit inside and play video game and watch tv...that isn't going to happen.
