Should I get a new skateboard?

Im not asking for what type, cuz i would getting enjoi,
So I had a skateboard since last year,
during school I stopped,
now im starting over,
I know a couple tricks
and if i get a complete new setup, my friends want:
My trucks, deck, and possibly the wheels,
Is it worth 115 dollars
or just stick with this one
Plus: Its pretty rusty and the deck is splitting

I usually get one new skateboard a year, so if yours is rusted and the deck is cracked your probably gonna snap it doing just basic stuff, so I would go ahead and get a new board, and use the old one like for wall decoration cause its probably gonna be unsafe to ride. So personally I think you should get a new board.
