Where can I get a custom skateboard with my own design made?

I want to design and make a deck to give to my partner as a gift. The deck will be on display only. I know the design but need someone to draw it up. I also need to know where I can have the board made. Can supply the board if there's an artist to complete the artwork. I want to do this before Valentine's Day 2008. HELP!!!!
