Cheap Skateboard Trucks
Skateboard trucks keep coming loose?
The trucks on my skateboard keep coming loose and the ride becomes really unstable. The trucks can tilt plenty one way but barely the other way (like when you turn and the tilt the board). Also when I tighten them, about 10 minutes later it'll be really loose again, after skating for a little bit.
What can I do to keep the trucks tight (my last deck's truck sheared completely, they're cheap decks ) ?
Should I tighten them as tight as possible or will that damage them?
You should either use nyloc nuts which will not come loose or apply locking fluid to the threads. Called nutlock from Halfords or any cycle store.
