HELP! What skateboard setup is best?

Alrite, so I have been looking at skateboards online for a long time. I have enough money to build a complete. But I am having trouble deciding what setup is the best. What do you think I should go with? There are three to choose from:

1 - Zero Cutter Deck
Independent Low Silver Trucks
Red Bearings
Mob Griptape
Spitfire Charred Remains 52 mm Wheels

2 - Plan B Rasta Deck
Destructo Low Silver Trucks
Red Bearings
Mob Griptape
Zero Bloody Asylum 54 mm Wheels

3 - ATM Blank Deck
Krux Trucks
Rush Blue ABEC 7 Bearings
Mob Griptape
White 53 mm Blank Wheels

I would proberaly go with #2.
I get good reviews with the Destructo brand. my local skate shop sells them, and Venture Trucks.
Depending on how long you've skated i wouldnt go with the ABEC 7's yet. Like if your jsut starting out go with a lower number such as ABEC 3's or 5's. Speed isnt the biggest factor withn your starting out.
Mob griptape is working out for me latly, I just got that on my newest deck and the wheels wouldnt make too much of a difference. I'm not a real picky rider.
So my choice would be with #2
