Why When I Skateboard I'm good one day but not the other?

all right so i am a intermediate skateboarder. I had 2 pro friends and stuff they taught me a lot of cool tricks. So i have been experiencing this a lot lately. One day i skate insanely good the next day i can't even spin my board for a kickflip....
Tricks im really good at: bs-pop-shuv-it, fs-pop-shuv-it, manual, and ollie.
Tricks im medium at: kickflip, tre-flip(360flip), varial kickflip, nose-manual, fakie ollie, fakie kickflip, fakie pop shove
Tricks i really stink at: HEELFLIP! AND ALL NOSE TRICKS (NOLLIES)

cant even ollie a 2 set :/ i feel tired and my body just isnt doing what i want it to do i guess i have to wait another idk 4 days till i rock again jeesh :/
